Returns:
Because each Batik piece is custom-made for you after an order is made, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. We recommend checking the sizing chart and care instructions before placing your order. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to us via email at hello@serahkassim.com. If an exception is made for a return, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
